ModraShop (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates modrashop.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to the practices described here.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other payment providers (such as PayPal). We do not see or store your full credit card number. The payment processor collects and handles that information under its own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and ship your orders and send order confirmations and tracking updates
  • To handle returns, refunds, and customer support

  • To show you relevant ads and measure ad performance
  • To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting requirements

3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store, checkout, and customer data
  • Payment processors, to complete your purchase
  • Shipping carriers and freight companies, to deliver your order
  • Email and marketing providers
  • Analytics and advertising providers, including Google (see Section 5)
  • Fraud-prevention and security providers

We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to legal requests, enforce our policies, or protect our rights, property, or safety. If we are involved in a merger, sale, or reorganization, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Third-Party Links
Our Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.

5. Cookies, Advertising, and Google Services
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and advertise our products.

We use Google services, which may include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Shopping, along with similar tools from other advertising platforms. In connection with these:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to our Site and other websites.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our Site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) or www.aboutads.info.
  • You can learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

6. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. Residents)
Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others with privacy laws), you may have the right to:

  • Know/Access the personal information we have collected about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and of targeted advertising
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

To make a request, email support@modrashop.com or use the contact details in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also use an authorized agent, and you may appeal a denied request by replying to our response. We aim to respond within 45 days.

“Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”: Some of our advertising and analytics activity may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain state laws. To opt out, email us or use a browser setting such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honor where required by law.

California Shine the Light: California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes by contacting us.

7. Marketing Choices

  • Email: Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email.
  • Text messages: Reply STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opting out of marketing will not stop transactional messages, such as order and shipping updates.

8. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes in this policy, including meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.

9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and our checkout is protected by SSL encryption. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy
